In the app
- Open any Rapport Campus app and sign in.
- Open Settings (the sliders icon; in Questie, the lock icon, then Settings).
- Tap Delete my account, add a reason if you like, and confirm.
You can change your mind while the request is open: the same button then offers Keep my account.
Without the app
Email info@rapportme.com with the subject Delete my Rapport Campus account from the email address, or giving the mobile number, you sign in with, and the name of your school or company. We may call you on that number to confirm it is you.
What happens
- Your school or company and Rapport are told. Rapport closes the account within 30 days.
- Your login stops working on every device. Your name, mobile number and email are removed, your memberships are closed, and you are removed as a guardian.
- Records the school or company owns about the children or staff in its care (attendance, results, fees, payroll) stay with that organization as the law requires; ask it directly if you want those removed.
- Backups containing your details expire after 14 days.
